Debra has an eclectic approach using the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectic behavioural therapy (DBT). These are combined with motivational interviewing, counselling and compassion focused therapy.
Debra has worked in both NHS and private mental health organisations for over 20 years. Her experience extends from crisis management to working in primary care.
