This is a bespoke service according to your requirements and can last up to two hours. You will receive a written copy of your assessment and plan.

Assessment
Comprehensive evaluations to identify your individual mental health requirements. This includes a thorough review of relevant information including past history and current factors affecting your mental health. Effectiveness of medication can also be an important element for consideration, and where appropriate we can liaise with your GP.
Signposting or Referral
Signposting or referral is included in your assessment. NHS mental health services, niche charities and third party organisations may be directly relevant to your ongoing support. This helps to get you to the right place to start your journey and follow the path towards mental wellbeing efficiently, saving you time and frustration.
Brief Interventions
You may benefit from a course of brief interventions aimed at giving practical advice and tools to manage your own mental health. This is based on the established principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectic behavioural therapy, counselling and motivational interviewing. We employ a trauma-focused approach and put you at the heart of everything we do.

Our comprehensive initial assessment is priced at £240, providing a thorough evaluation and treatment plan tailored to your needs. This session typically lasts between one and two hours.
Are there packages for Brief Interventions?
Yes, we offer 6 x weekly, one-hour sessions at a total cost of £495. A brief intervention is a short-term package including psychoeducation, grounding exercises and practical tools to help you manage your own mental health.
Does Fundamental Health offer personalized Intervention plans?
Absolutely, tailored treatment plans incorporating CBT, DBT, counselling and motivational interviewing, Referral to other services and signposting are included in your Assessment fee.
How does Fundamental Health carry out Assessments and Interventions?
All our Assessments and Interventions are carried out confidentially via Teams. This enables complete flexibility to fit into your timetable and saves you unnecessary travel time.
